Conrad, Wareham and Roy Seek Reelection to Lower Township Council

Council members Tom Conrad, Joseph Wareham and Roland Roy Jr. are seeking reelection to continue representing Lower Township’s three wards.

Lower Township Council members Tom Conrad, Joseph Wareham and Roland Roy Jr. are seeking reelection to continue representing residents across the township.

Conrad represents Ward 1, Wareham represents Ward 2 and Roy represents Ward 3. Together, the three candidates are campaigning on a record of experienced leadership and a continued commitment to the community.

Their campaign priorities include stable taxes, quality municipal services, public safety, infrastructure improvements and expanded recreational opportunities. The campaign also highlights no municipal tax increase and Lower Township’s position among municipalities with some of the lowest average tax bills in New Jersey.

“Lower Township deserves experienced leadership that puts residents first,” Conrad, Wareham and Roy said in a joint statement. “We remain committed to maintaining stable taxes, protecting essential services, strengthening public safety and continuing the infrastructure and recreational improvements that benefit our entire community.”

Residents can vote by mail, participate in early voting or vote on Election Day, November 3.
